We want you to be completely happy with your Noiré & Blanc purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at noireandblancuk@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be received within 14 days of your return request being approved.

We cannot accept returns on custom, personalised or used items unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please email noireandblancuk@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the damage or fault
If it is deemed you are NOT at fault for any damage, we will endeavour to issue you a replacement as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was sent in error or damaged.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:
